Recently in a client meet..the first question to me by the client was " 𝑵𝒆𝒆𝒍𝒊𝒎𝒂, 𝑾𝒉𝒚 𝒅𝒐 𝒚𝒐𝒖 𝒕𝒉𝒊𝒏𝒌 𝒎𝒚 𝒆𝒎𝒑𝒍𝒐𝒚𝒆𝒆𝒔 𝒍𝒆𝒂𝒗𝒆 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒐𝒓𝒈𝒂𝒏𝒊𝒛𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏...𝒘𝒉𝒂𝒕'𝒔 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒓𝒆𝒂𝒔𝒐𝒏 𝒃𝒆𝒉𝒊𝒏𝒅?
🎯Employees are the assests of the organization. If you don't value them they will leave you.
As an HR professional, I always took the #ownership to take care of all my resources and saw that my employees had a ear to hear. "𝐋𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐏𝐨𝐬𝐭" was one of the initiative which I had started in my organization where the employee got the opportunity to be heard.
🎯Now as a #Coach too my major task is to first listen to what my mentee has to say.
It's very important for organizations now to instil a culture to value their assets and their potential so as to retain them.
These #youngprofessionals if not valued or appreciated are ready to hop to the next organization offering them a little more ...
🎯Remember 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒓𝒊𝒈𝒉𝒕 𝒆𝒎𝒑𝒍𝒐𝒚𝒆𝒆 𝒘𝒊𝒍𝒍 𝒊𝒏𝒗𝒆𝒔𝒕 𝒕𝒊𝒎𝒆 𝒊𝒏 𝒚𝒐𝒖𝒓 𝒄𝒐𝒎𝒑𝒂𝒏𝒚 𝒊𝒇 𝒚𝒐𝒖 𝒊𝒏𝒗𝒆𝒔𝒕 𝒕𝒊𝒎𝒆 𝒊𝒏 𝒕𝒉𝒆𝒎.
So be a great leader and start identifying the right resources..

Appreciation works wonders. I believe it's applicable for all. A normal human behaviour right .
When your work gets recognized and appreciated it definitely elates you and motivates you to work more better....Atleast for me it's a great source of energy and encouragement 😊😊.
In our Professional ethics course we did an activity on feedbacks and I was thrilled to receive these..and trust I am supercharged reading these.
Thanks once again to all my students who took efforts to pen this down..Wish Names were mentioned😊..

𝐇𝐨𝐰 𝐢𝐦𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐚𝐫𝐞 O𝐛𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬??
As a Coach and Trainer observation is a very important tool for me to understand my mentee and my audience which helps me suggest the next plan of action accordingly. It's not only about the coaching process but observation skill has now become a part of me.
Infact for every individual Observation skills are important as critically assessed observations help you understand and reach a well informed conclusion and also to solve problems more effectively.
In turn this ability strengthen your 𝒘𝒐𝒓𝒌𝒑𝒍𝒂𝒄𝒆 𝒃𝒆𝒉𝒂𝒗𝒊𝒐𝒖𝒓 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒊𝒏𝒕𝒆𝒓𝒑𝒆𝒓𝒔𝒐𝒏𝒂𝒍 𝒔𝒌𝒊𝒍𝒍𝒔 𝒘𝒉𝒊𝒄𝒉 𝒆𝒏𝒉𝒂𝒏𝒄𝒆𝒔 𝒚𝒐𝒖𝒓 𝒑𝒓𝒐𝒅𝒖𝒄𝒕𝒊𝒗𝒊𝒕𝒚,

Last few days I have been reading a lot about this in every group and trust me I really found it interesting. So thought even I should explore this a little.
" *The Zeigarnik Effect* "
Many a times it has happened that I have entered the room to do some task and I forgot what did I come there for..
I have opened the fridge and the I am like " mujhe kya lena tha"😂😂..
I used to get annoyed and feel ke this was short term memory loss but now I can blame it on The Zeigarnik Effect.
It refers to our tendency to remember incomplete or interrupted tasks better than the completed ones.
But honestly I feel again it depends on every individual and their way of thinking and conducting.
Though I could relate to the effect, it has definitely put me into thoughts on how it affects every individual..
Please share your thoughts..
